ABSTRACT Calcaneal tuberosity Avulsion fracture are pretty rare and accounts about1.5% to 2% of calcaneum fracture. The initial evaluating physician must recognize the signs of skin at risk so that treatment can be offered urgently. Conservative treatment has been shown to yield poor results.
