Mesenchymalstemcell(MSC)transplantationisusedfortreatmentofmanydiseases.TheparacrineroleofMSCsintissueregenerationisattractingparticularattention.WeinvestigatetheroleofMSCexosomesinskeletalmuscleregeneration.MSCexosomespromotemyogenesisandangiogenesisinvitro,andmuscleregenerationinaninvivomodelofmuscleinjury.AlthoughMSCexosomeshadlowconcentrationsofmuscle‐repair‐relatedcytokines,anumberofrepair‐relatedmiRNAswereidentified.ThisstudysuggeststhattheMSC‐derivedexosomespromotemuscleregenerationbyenhancingmyogenesisandangiogenesis,whichisatleastinpartmediatedbymiRNAssuchasmiR‐494...
