This is a survey that investigates the awarenessof professionals and other participants in the Nigerian construction industry in the use of public private partnership and its variant methods in procuring infrastructure in Nigeria.The paper assesses the variants of PPP in infrastructure development, identifies the issues and benefits associated with PPP and factors that affect the choice of the variants.
