Self-Developing Poly-Subject Environments in Improving Control Processes Involving Society

摘要

In this paper, we described the principles, functions and mechanisms of integrating society into control and development processes through the system of ontologies. The paper presents the methodological foundations and mechanisms for the inclusion of society in the improvement of control and development processes, including strategic goal-setting and the development of strategies and strategic audit. The possibilities of using these ideas in the system of distributed centers of social systems control are considered. To address the current issues, the proposed approach can assist in developing, on the basis of direct democracy, new mechanisms for increasing social responsibility and international stability, overcoming market egoism and corruption.
