Intelligent Control and Cognitive Control for a global coherence and sustainable economic growth for the humankind.

Human kind is faced with many and difficult problems and challenges. They need urgently solutions. The Academic and Scientific world must wisely address, find and provide realistic and sustainable solutions to these problems. Many of them have been as the result of human misuse of some powerful scientific and technological achievements. Many theories have been developed and use successfully in solving everyday problems of the society. The humankind needs a peaceful world with global coherence and stability as well as a steady and sustainable economic growth. Two very interesting scientific developments are: Intelligent Control (IC) and Cognitive Control (CC). Both scientific fields have developed excellent theories, techniques and tools but each one on its own field. No much interdisciplinary interaction between them. A new scientific field is needed to connect mathematically IC and CC. This new approach is to be referred as the Intelligent Cognitive Unified Control (ICUC) theory. If applied wisely there is a hope for a global coherence and sustainable economic growth for the humankind.
