System design of sales and electronic voucher in the Sub Dealer (SD) to a Reseller (RS) is needed to replace the old system that still use manual systems, especially in the reporting and electronic voucher transfer process. Electronic voucher transfer process previously performed manually using the cellphone which in this research replaced by a GSM/CDMA modem connected to the computer and integrated into the sales system. Development or design stages of the system use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stage. The system development is expected to gives solutions, such as ease in checking and stock control, simplify and speed up the transfer process, reducing errors in the transfer process and generate accurate reports, such as purchasing, sales and incomes.
