A 35-year-old lady presented to the outpatientdepartment with the complaint of progressivelyincreasing dyspnoea since one year. There was nohistory of orthopnoea, paroxysmal nocturnaldyspnoea, chest pain, cough, voice change, swellingabout the neck, weight loss or endotracheal intubationin the past.
