In this paper, we consider the problem offrequency estimation of superimposed exponential signalsin the presence of multiplicative and additive noise. Wepropose a subspace method based iterative procedure forestimation of signal frequency parameters. The proposedmethod is based principal eigenvalue vectors of a specialconstructed data matrix and the weighted least squares(WLS) techniques. Simulations studies are performed toascertain the performance of the proposed method. It isobserved that the proposed method works well in terms ofthe computational efficiency and estimation accuracy.
