Determination of Herbicides Residues in Soil Using Accelerated Solvent Extraction and On-line Purification

A method based on on-line purification using Accelerated Solvent Extraction(ASE) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer has been developed to determine16 kinds of herbicides in soil samples. When the purificants were Florisil, the temperaturewas 60°C. Florisil was added at the bottom, the detection limits of 16 kinds of herbicidespesticide were 0.91–1.49μg/kg. The operation procedure was simplified and work efficiencywas improved by combined processes of extraction and purification.
