Clinical Study of Selective Pericardial Devascularization on the Formation of Portal Venous Thrombosis in Portal Hypertension Patients

The formation of portal vein thrombosis in patients with postoperative recovery will have a certain impact, and bring a series of symptoms, such as melena, hematemesis, ascites and abdominal pain, which is a serious threat to the health of the patients. The clinical study of selective pericardial devascularization on the formation of postoperative venous thrombosis in portal hypertension patients is helpful to the study of the effect of devascularization on changes of portal vein blood flow and factors for the formation of venous thrombosis, so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. A total of 74 patients were tested according to established criteria in a hospital for nearly three years. Through the test results, it can be seen that for the plasma viscosity, low shear viscosity, platelet count and D- two polymers content, there is a certain increase in postoperative. Through the comparative analysis of thrombosis group and non-thrombosis group, we can find that the low shear viscosity of whole blood, erythrocyte aggregation index and ESR-K are all high. Therefore, in clinical practice, we can improve the blood flow rate, flow rate and flow pattern in the pertinence, and reduce the formation of portal vein thrombosis.
