摘要

Because of the characteristics of high speed and high strength, it has been a hot spot in the current sports research to improve the anaerobic endurance of football players. Based on this theory, the theoretical mechanism of anaerobic capacity was studied in this paper. From the point of view of material metabolism and energy metabolism, the formation and consumption of ATP under anaerobic condition were discussed. Two new types of anaerobic exercise capacity: continuous anaerobic, intermittent anaerobic, were proposed. Finally, a comparative experiment for college football players was conducted to study the effects of intermittent anaerobic training on anaerobic endurance of players. The results show that the anaerobic endurance training method can effectively improve the anaerobic endurance level of football players. To sum up, the study of this paper provides a new theoretical and technical support for the practical training of football players, which indirectly promotes the development of football field in china.
