Research on the Mechanism of Economic Function under the Background of Social Transformation

Since the reform and opening up, China has been in the period of social transformation. In the context of social transformation, all aspects are still in the initial stage, which mean that the economic and social structures are constantly changing rapidly, at this time, the economics and other mechanisms have an important role in social stability. Based on this, in this paper, the mechanism of economic function in the context of social transformation was researched. Firstly, the basic concepts and basic knowledge were introduced, and secondly, the influence of the mechanism of economic function on private enterprises in China was researched, after the investigation and experiment it was found that the institutional change of private enterprises in China should be transformed from the construction and improvement of informal system to the formal system.
