Special Medicines Delivery Routes Optimization Problem Sloved by FSACO

With the rapid development of medical industry, the issue about special medicines and its delivery is catching more attention of scholars in China and abroad. For special medicine delivery, on the one hand the economic benefits should be considered, and on the other hand time requirements should be also considered, which achieves”benefit first with consideration of efficiency”. To solve special medicine delivery problem and reduce transportation costs, fundamentally speaking, is to reduce the patients’ costs on drugs. Based on the analysis of properties of special medicine delivery, a cost minimization for special drugs distribution paths optimization model was established. Using FSACO solved the model, and the simulation experiments showed the algorithm’s effectiveness on this model.
