摘要

In order to make dynamic risk assessment of vessel navigation, risk assessment model is built, fuzzy inference system (FIS) usually used in artificial intelligence is used to cope with risk assessment of vessel navigation. Dynamic risk inferences system of vessel navigation (DRISVN) is designed and realized through hybrid programming with VC and MATLAB. It is testified that the system can make reasonable assessment of the total risk level of vessel navigation, providing reference for decision-making of crew, having a wide variety of potential applications. The development of DRISVN also shows that hybrid programming can improve programming efficiency greatly and shorten the software development cycle.
