摘要

In this paper, by integrating both the power plant’s online bidding behavior in a middle or short term and the long-term generator investment decision among the electricity market into one model framework inside the urban planning, it proposed such a new model for solution of the problem that power company generator making investment planning among the market environment. This model considered of the uncertain factors such as electricity price, investment cost changes among the electricity market, by taking the revenue maximization of each power company itself during the planned period as the optimization objective, it used the multi-agent technology to realize the function for supporting the power company generator investment planning. Whereby the power company generator planning result shall have the multi-stage mixed integer characteristic, so in this paper the genetic algorithm has been used for optimization of power company generator investment planning, finally the application of such model is also shown by combining the calculation example.
