Photoluminescence(PL)negativecircularpolarization(NCP)dynamicsofInP/InGaPquantumdots(QDs)wasstudied.TimeresolvedmeasurementsofPLdemonstratedthatNCPvanishes,whentransversemagneticfieldisapplied,whileoscillationsofpolarization(thataretypicalforbothlow-dimensionalandbulkmaterials)donotoccur.Holeg-factorspreadintheQDensemblewassupposedtobethemostprobablereasonforsuchNCPmagneticfieldbehavior.ThedependenceofNCPdynamicsontherepetitionperiodofexcitationlaserpulseswasinvestigated.Incaseoffairlysmallrepetitionperiod(T=13.3ns)longlivingNCP(13.3nst133ns)wasdetected,whatwasascribedtoresidentelectronspinorientation,accumulatedduringmanylaserpulses.Inthatregimemorethanoneluminescencepolarizationdecaytimeexist...
