En Bloc Excision of Thoracic Paraspinal Synovial Sarcoma with Subtotal Spondylectomy

摘要

We report a case of thoracic paraspinal synovial sarcoma in a 52-year-old man. It was treated withen blocexcision, subtotal spondylectomy, spinal and soft tissue reconstruction. The surgical technique, the approach of multilevel spinal osteotomy and literature review of this rare paraspinal tumour are discussed.
