The paper proposes a systemic framework for assessment of Information Technology risks in offshore outsourcing projects based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The authors provide a detailed analysis of current literature on IT risks in outsourcing, software project development and offshoring in order to illustrate the many facets of IT offshoring risks. The features of the framework and its elements are discussed as well.
