Objective: To study the correlation of peripheral blood chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7)expressions with myocardial injury and inflammatory reaction in patients with acute coronarysyndrome. Methods: Patients who were diagnosed with stable angina pectoris, unstable anginapectoris, non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction and ST-elevation myocardial infarction inChengdu Fifth People’s Hospital between May 2014 and October 2016 were selected as SAPgroup, UAP group, USTEMI group and STEMI group respectively; healthy volunteers whoreceived physical examination during the same period were selected as control group. Theexpression of CCR7 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the contents of myocardialinjury and inflammatory response markers in serum were determined. Results: CCR7 mRNAexpression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells as well as serum IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, MMP2and MMP9 contents of UAP group, USTEMI group and STEMI group were significantlyhigher than those of SAP group and control group; serum CK-MB, Myo and cTnI contentsof USTEMI group and STEMI group were significantly higher than those of SAP group andcontrol group, and serum CK-MB, Myo and cTnI contents of UAP group were not differentfrom those of SAP group and control group; CCR7 mRNA expression in peripheral bloodmononuclear cells was positively correlated with serum CK-MB, Myo, cTnI, IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, MMP2 and MMP9 contents. Conclusion: Highly expressed CCR7 in peripheral bloodof patients with acute coronary syndrome can aggravate myocardial injury by activatinginflammatory reaction.
机译:目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征患者外周血趋化因子受体7(CCR7)表达与心肌损伤及炎症反应的关系。方法:选择2014年5月至2016年10月在成都第五人民医院确诊为稳定型心绞痛,不稳定型耳咽,非ST段抬高型心肌梗死和ST段抬高型心肌梗死的患者作为SAP组,UAP组,USTEMI组和STEMI组分别;选择同期接受身体检查的健康志愿者作为对照组。测定外周血单个核细胞中CCR7的表达以及血清中心肌损伤和炎症反应标志物的含量。结果:外周血单个核细胞中CCR7 mRNA的表达以及UAP组,USTEMI组和STEMI组的血清IL-1,IL-6,IL-18,MMP2和MMP9含量均显着高于SAP组和对照组。 USTEMI组和STEMI组的血清CK-MB,Myo和cTnI含量明显高于SAP组和对照组,UAP组的血清CK-MB,Myo和cTnI含量与SAP组和对照组无差异。外周血单个核细胞中CCR7 mRNA的表达与血清CK-MB,Myo,cTnI,IL-1,IL-6,IL-18,MMP2和MMP9含量呈正相关。结论:急性冠脉综合征患者外周血CCR7高表达可通过激活炎症反应加重心肌损伤。
