Objective: To study the effect of multidimensional rehabilitation on the neurotrophy state andinflammatory response-apoptosis mechanism in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: Patientswith schizophrenia who were treated in West China Hospital, Sichuan University betweenFebruary 2015 and April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, themultidimensional group received multidimensional rehabilitation therapy, and the conventionalgroup received conventional rehabilitation therapy. The levels of neurotrophy indexes,inflammatory response indexes and apoptosis molecules in serum as well as the expression ofapoptosis molecules in peripheral blood were measured before treatment and 6 months aftertreatment. Results: 6 months after rehabilitation, serum NGF, BDNF, IGF-1 and IGF-2 levelsof both groups of patients were higher than those before rehabilitation while serum sTNFR1,sTNFR2, TNF-α, IL-1β, FasL, Fas and Caspase-3 levels as well as peripheral bloodFasL, Fas and Caspase-3 expression were lower than those before rehabilitation, and serumNGF, BDNF, IGF-1 and IGF-2 levels of multidimensional group were higher than those ofconventional group while serum sTNFR1, sTNFR2, TNF-α, IL-1β, FasL, Fas and Caspase-3levels as well as peripheral blood FasL, Fas and Caspase-3 expression were lower than thoseof conventional group. Conclusion: Multidimensional rehabilitation for schizophrenia canimprove the neurotrophy state, and inhibit the inflammatory response and apoptosis of nervecells.
机译:目的:研究多维康复对精神分裂症患者神经营养状态和炎症反应-凋亡机制的影响。方法:选择2015年2月至2016年4月在四川大学华西医院接受治疗的精神分裂症患者,随机分为两组,多维组接受多维康复治疗,常规组接受常规康复治疗。于治疗前及治疗后6个月,测定血清中神经营养指标,炎症反应指标,细胞凋亡分子的水平以及外周血中凋亡分子的表达。结果:康复后6个月,两组患者的血清NGF,BDNF,IGF-1和IGF-2水平均高于康复前,而血清sTNFR1,sTNFR2,TNF-α,IL-1β,FasL,Fas和Caspase- 3个水平以及外周血FasL,Fas和Caspase-3表达均低于康复前,多维组的血清NGF,BDNF,IGF-1和IGF-2水平高于常规组,而血清sTNFR1,sTNFR2,TNF -α,IL-1β,FasL,Fas和Caspase-3的水平以及外周血FasL,Fas和Caspase-3的表达均低于常规组。结论:精神分裂症的多维康复可以改善神经营养状态,并抑制神经细胞的炎症反应和细胞凋亡。
