Objective: To study the influence of minimally invasive hematoma evacuation combined withnerve growth factor preparation on neurological function injury in patients with hypertensivecerebral hemorrhage. Methods: A total of 112 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhagewho were treated in our hospital between July 2013 and February 2016 were collected, andaccording to random number table, they were divided into the control group (n=56) whounderwent minimally invasive hematoma evacuation therapy and the observation group (n=56)who underwent minimally invasive hematoma evacuation combined with nerve growth factorpreparation therapy. Serum contents of inflammatory mediators, nerve injury indexes andneurotransmitters were compared between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in serum contents ofinflammatory mediators, nerve injury indexes and neurotransmitters between the two groups.After treatment, serum contents of inflammatory mediators such as CRP, PCT, IL-1β and IL-6in observation group were lower than those in control group; serum contents of nerve injuryindexes such as NSE, S100B, GEAP and MBP were lower than those in control group; serumcontents of neurotransmitters such as SP, NPY, Glu and Asp were lower than those in controlgroup while GABA and Gly were higher than those in control group. Conclusion: Minimallyinvasive hematoma evacuation combined with nerve growth factor preparation can effectivelyreduce neurological function injury, and has positive clinical significance.
机译:目的:探讨微创血肿疏散联合神经生长因子制剂对高血压脑出血患者神经功能损伤的影响。方法:收集2013年7月至2016年2月在我院收治的112例高血压脑出血患者,根据随机数字表,分为56例行微创血肿疏散治疗的对照组。观察组(56例)行微创血肿清除术并配合神经生长因子制备疗法。比较两组患者治疗前后血清炎症介质,神经损伤指标和神经递质的含量。结果:治疗前两组患者血清炎症介质,神经损伤指标,神经递质的含量无明显差异。观察组CRP,PCT,IL-1β,IL-6等炎症介质的血清含量低于对照组。 NSE,S100B,GEAP,MBP等神经损伤指标的血清含量低于对照组。 SP,NPY,Glu和Asp等神经递质的血清含量低于对照组,而GABA和Gly的血清含量高于对照组。结论:微创血肿清除术配合神经生长因子制剂可有效减轻神经功能损伤,具有积极的临床意义。
