Wheat Immature Embryo Culture for Embryogenic Callus Induction

Four 2,4-D concentrations along with three embryo developmental stages were tested to determine the optimum morphogenesis of wheat immature embryo culture. Concentration of 2 mg L ^-1 2,4-D was found to be optimum level for morphogenesis which w
