摘要

A simple and reproducible in vitro release test (IV RT) method is developed for the performance evaluat ion of topical formulations containing Eberconazole nitrate and Mo metasone furoate by using Franz Diffusion Cell. The method utilized polysulfone membrane and 1% Sodium lauryl sulfate with ethanol as receptor media that suffice sink condition. The method is able to discriminate relea se profile of Eberconazole nitrate and Mometasone f uroate from market formulations having different viscosities. T his method can be utilized in pharmaceutical indust ries for monitoring of batch to batch reproducibility, disc riminate formulations with respect to change in pro cess and formulation composition and for comparative IVRT st udy of generic formulations to build confidence pri or to costly clinical study.
