The etiology of adenoma of the ampulla of Vater isnot well understood. Previous authors reported theassociation of this neoplasm with polycystic kidneydisease of two fraternal sisters. They concluded thatthese two conditions were somehow related. Wedescribe a case of ampullary adenoma associatedwith polycystic kidney disease. This presentationraises again the question of a possible link betweenthese two diseases.
