Design of Dual-Core Processor Industry Robot Controller

摘要

The functions of the robot controller are arithmetic operations and motion control, and the common robot is thesecondary robot microcontroller control system of industrial PC+ microcontroller. In this paper, two Nios II soft-coreprocessor are designed in an FPGA chip to achieve the dual function of the robot controller with the features of programmableand being easy to implant. The requirements of robot controllers integration and miniaturization are solved by themethod, and has good openness and real-time. The designs of the controller hardware and software systems are described,and the dual-core controller is used in multi-joint robot servo control. The experimental results show that the robot controllersystem is reasonable and feasible.
