摘要

The Internet is a modern day Pandora’s box. It offers a forum “for atrue diversity of political discourse, unique opportunities for cultural development, and myriad avenues of intellectual activity.”1 The Internetprovides meaningful learning opportunities for educators and studentsunimaginable to earlier generations. However, the Internet also raises ahost of concerns for school administrators and parents over its appropriate use because it can also be “a potent tool for distraction and fomentingdisruption.
