AbstractContextPreeclampsia is a leading cause of fetal and maternal morbidity and mortality during pregnancy. Although the etiology of preeclampsia is unknown, preeclampsia offspring have increased risks of developing cardiovascular disorders in adulthood, implicating that preeclampsia programs fetal vasculature in utero.
