The authors report, “We have discovered that we have not mentioned that the plasma insulin, plasma lipid concentrations and the lipid fluxes have been published previously, using the same individuals. The plasma lipid concentrations and the lipid fluxes were required by the second reviewer and were included in the edited version, but we unfortunately forgot to write in the edited version that these data were published previously. We discovered some minor, unintended errors in the analyses of the GIP concentrations in the control experiments.
