Oestrogens and breast cancer

摘要

In the following paper we provide an overview of the primary risk factors for breast cancer and evidence for the role of endogenous and exogenous oestrogens. The role of genetic susceptibility to breast cancer and the possible interaction between genetic conditioning and oestrogen exposure is presented.
