Pneumaturia is the most common presenting symptom of enterovesical fistula, accounting for 50–70% of the cases, followed by faecaluria and recurrent urinary tract infection (UTI).1 Other causes of pneumaturia include recent urinary tract instrumentation, catheterization or emphysematous cystitis.
