摘要

The present study begins with the understanding of the constructor corporate social responsibility (CSR) and then identify the current state of the discussion through a bibliometric analysis, which suggests the need to review government regulations from certain decisions of the constitutional court. Colombia is selected as the object of study (social and constitutional state of law, and emerging economy in post conflict) to offer an alternative view to CSR from the right and establish guidelines for business management from the control of constitutionality.
