First promulgated by the United Nations in 1990, ‘World Quality Day’ is celebrated annually on the second Thursday of November. ‘World Quality Day’ is an annual celebration of the world’s commitment to continuous improvement systems. The South African Health Calendar allocates the month of November as Quality Month and organisations have ample time to involve all employees in this very important event.
