摘要

The aim of the trial was to determine the influence of a new wheat breeding line with purple colour of the corn on efficiency parametres of laying hens and egg quality, especially yolk colouration in comparison to classical wheat (Bonita variety). A new breeding line of winter wheat with purple colour of the corn contains anthocyanins in pericarp, the largest proportion being kyanidin-3-glykozid. The biological test trial was realized at biological testing station of the Central Controlling and Testing Institute in Agriculture in Víg.a. on sets of laying hens. The experiment consisted of two sets of laying hens each comprising 35 birds for a period of 11 months. Laying hens of the first set was fed with complete feedstuff containing 60 % ratio of winter wheat Bonita, while those of second set received complete feedstuff with 60 % ratio of purple wheat. Favourable influence of purple wheat on efficiency parameters such as line weight, laying per hen, consumption of feed per egg were calculated. Colour of yolk was not influenced by purple wheat.
