Nephrotic Syndrome Associated With Teratoid Type Wilm’s Tumour In A Young Child: Response To Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

: Neuroblastoma is the most common solid tumour belowone year of age .One fifth of the neuroblastomas are diagnosed eitherantenatally or in the first three months of life. More than 90% arise in theadrenal gland suggesting a link between perinatal tumours and thenodular collection that are part of normal adrenal development. This studyattempts to evaluate the influence of site, histology, stage, biologicalmarkers and treatment on survival rates. OBJECTIVES: To study the clinico-biological profile of perinatal and infant Neuroblastoma in a tertiary carecentre.
