Professional Crop of The Teacher as a Personal and Social Phenomenon

In the article is proved the indivisibility of teacher's professional culture into a general and a special one. Polemizing with the well-know researchers of the problem of teachers professional forming, the author offers its interpretation on the assumption of necessary development of value and reflexive mechanisms of specialist's consciousness. The professional crop of the teacher is complex, integrative social - psychologic education in frame of the person of the teacher. It germs in system of attitudes to the nature and social medium, defines world outlook landmarks, valuable installations, the common concept of zoetic tendencies and positions.
