Psychological education of girls-boxers

摘要

The article deals with the importance of complexness and interconnection psychological and physical component in stages of sport training and advance studying the techniques development and movements on the beginning educational level of girls - boxers. Authors consider that it is considerably easier and quick to teach girls - boxers of technique and tactic, than psychologically to prepare them to competitions. Essence of psychological preparation of sportswomen on an initial stage is taken to direction of their consciousness and actions on the decision of training and competition tasks.
