The question under consideration is the ways of determining the physical working capacity (PWC170) using the method power-ergometery on the basis of conducting of a single submaximal loading

The article presents the comparative analysis of PWC170 of the young sportsmen aged 13-16 in accordance with the power-ergometery method on the basis of the two conducted (due to the V.L.Karpman's formula) and one (due to the L.I. Abrosimova's formula) loadings. The result shows that it is advisable that the PWC170 should be determined with the help of one submaximal loading.
