Influencing of method of vehicle massage on processes renewals and increases of sporting indexes in the system of preparation of heavy athletes

It is proved in work, that application of vehicle vibration massage assists to renewal of organism of sportsmen and increase of their sporting results. Efficacy of procedures of vibrational massage in preparation of competent weight-lifters is preserved much longer. The cause of it can be explained by features of a load used by sportsmen. Rather small variability of key parameters of preparation of green hands allows them to adapt for a load rather quickly.
