Dependence of Results of Distances of Competitions on the use of Different Groups of Facilities.

摘要

In the article an author finds out influencing of different facilities of training on the results of distances of competitions. The coefficients of influencing of separate groups of facilities are resulted on distances of competitions. The most effective combinations of groups of trainings facilities are described for distances of competitions. Unequal influence of groups of exercises on results of competitive distances is established. On results of a distance of 500 meters the greatest influence means from group render run on skates with intensity up to 80 %.
