Introduction of self independent physical exercises and expediency of their use in student's way of life is considered in the article. Significance of various forms of independent training in period of studies in educational establishment and their positive influence on physical grounding of students is exposed. Obtained conclusions may be success - fully used for mastering teaching and educational process. Physical culture and sport in higher educational establishment are rating as a way of social becoming of the future expert, as process of active perfection of individual, personal and professional qualities of students, their physical perfection.
