摘要

Toimprovethewearresistanceofthemachineparts,strengthenedbrushplatingcoatingswerepreparedbydepositionofBinanoparticles.TheexcellentBinanoparticlesself-repairingadditiveswerepreparedviatheDCarcplasmaevaporationmethod.ThetribologicalpropertiesoflithiumlubricatinggreasescontainingBinanoparticleswereinvestigatedwithafour-ballmachine,andthemorphology,self-repairingmechanismandtheelementalcompositionofwornsteelsurfaceswereanalyzedbythescanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)andtheenergydispersespectroscopy(EDS).Resultsshowthatas-preparedBinanoparticlesaslubricantadditivescansignificantlyimprovethetribologicalpropertiesoflithiumlubricatinggreasesaswellasload-carryingcapacity.
