About some thermodynamical properties of cylindrical nanorods

摘要

The thermodynamic phonon properties of cylindrical nanorods are analyzedusing the Green" function method. This method is suitable for analyses of spatiallydeformed structures and gives possibility for the calculation of mean values of operatorproducts. Two types of Green functions will be found for axial phonons and for discphonons. As a consequence of the applied new method the thermodynamiccharacteristics of cylindrical nanorods: internal energy and specific heat were obtained.
