Several Examples of Isolation and Characterization of Stem Cells

The definition of stem cell is “an unspecialized cell that gives rise to a specific specialized cell, such as a blood cell”. This article introduces some basic ideas and techniques of stem cells isolation and characterization described in many literatures as the references to the readers .
