Femoral artery pseudoaneurysm associated with arteriovenous fstula is a complication of endovascularinterventional procedures. However, no cases have been described in which both lesions occur as theresult of trauma surgery and specifcally that they are side effects to the placement of a gamma nail inthe femur with a distal locking screw.We describe the case of a patient who presented femoral artery pseudoaneurysm concomitant with arteriovenous fstula, in which there were no suspicious clinical signs. The diagnosis was established usingcomputed tomography, confrmed by arteriography and treated with the placement of metallic coils.
