As a result of amendments in the railway transport and public roadsperformance regulations there are many significant changes in the structure of the investmentprocess. Regulations specify the rules of the acquisition of real estates for investments. Inassumption, these changes should speed up the railway lines upgrading and road buildingprocess. Differences between rules of the road and railway investments preparation arepresented in this article.
