TMG is a useful measurement method ofevaluation in the area of sports science research and sports medicineresearch. Among the five parameters [contraction time(Tc), delay time(Td),sustain time(Ts), relaxation time(Tr), maximal displacement(Dm)] by TMG,Dm has a high correlation with stiffness, and it is reported that as Dmdecreases, stiffness increases. Bae reported evaluation of the skeletalmuscular injury through inter-correlation between TMG(Dm) and MRI. Inaddition, Tc has a high correlation with type I muscle fibre, and Vc meanscontraction velocity and is introduced as a parameter related to training.
