This article describes a methodology to perform the dimensional control and layout of unique three-dimension prefabricated elements. The proposal allows optimizing topographic techniques and resources, reducing the time to collect and analyze data for decisions to be made at such a rate that the progress of the work is not affected. Essentially, the necessary time to check dimensions and lay out threedimension coordinates for unique parts is reduced, both at reception, assembly and placement. For the feasibility of the proposal to be shown, the protocol has been implemented to a very complex building by specifying the techniques, devices and utensils used, some of them specifi cally designed to this effect.
