摘要

This paper aims to present the main peculiarities of negotiationscarried on for big infrastructure projects. As man and human society act intime and in space, infrastructure projects help them to manipulate thegeographical environment. On the one side, the article is focus upon how thesenegotiations proceed, and which are the factors who could have an influenceupon their evolution. There are exposed both technical, economical, social,political, and geopolitical aspects of such negotiations; in the same time, itcould be observed the role such projects have from technical, social,economical, and geopolitical points of view
