Aspects of Getting Soft Medical Form of Fexofenodine for Curing Skin Allergic Deseases

摘要

The study proves the feasibility of developing a soft medical form of fexofenadine selectedcomposition and developed a rational method of producing fexofenadine gel allows to obtain a drug with highbioavailability and optimum processability. The analyses of physicochemical compatibility of the anti-allergicgel components has been conducted using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). The rheological andbiopharmaceutical research of soft dosage form of fexofenadine has been conducted.
