Histological exam by Haematoxilin-Eosin technique, on samples that were harvested from flat spinal cord, was performed in a number of 10 sheeps , turcana breed, with age between 2 and 7 years, 9 female and 1 male. These sheeps were from different category of interes regarding scrappy disease (slaughtered by routine, by necessity or death sheeps), in witch was identified specific morph pathological lesions for scrappy disease, or complementary histological lesions. All this samples were confirmed by specific tests to be positively for scrappy disease in National Laboratory for TSE, from Animal Health and Diagnose Institute Bucharest
